Our privacy policy follows below and it has been created to be included as part of our Terms of Service. There’s going to be some legal jargon ahead, but you will find these guiding principles reflected throughout the text:

  • We only ask you for personal information if we need it. In other words, we’re not going to request information that is irrelevant to providing you with excellent service.
  • We refrain from sharing personal information with anyone except to comply with the law or improve our products or communicate with you.
  • We don’t store personal information on our servers unless it’s required for the ongoing operation of our services.

Should you have any questions at all after reviewing this policy, please contact our support team and we would be happy to help.

  • When we say “you” or “your,” we are referring to the person or entity that’s registered with us to use The Events Calendar Services.
  • When we say “Websites,” we mean our websites including but not limited to where we offer data processing services and support, including all subdomains and sites associated with those domains, and other websites that we operate now and in the future.
  • When we say “Services,” we mean our Websites, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), applications, our content, and various third-party services that make up Loxi.
  • When we say “Information,” we mean all of the different forms of data that you provide us and that we collect from you from your use of the Services, your software, and your devices.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information when you use our Services. We will not knowingly use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We use your personal information for providing and improving the Services we offer.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

Website accounts require a username and password. Passwords are stored encrypted and not as “clear text” so that not even our employees can read it. We can not resend you your password, only reset it. For this reason, it is essential that you keep your password secure and never share it with a third party. It is solely your responsibility to make sure that your password is strong, unique and private.

We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to protect the security of your personal information during transmission, which encrypts all of the information you input. Only employees who need personal information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative on our support team) are granted access to it. All of our employees are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices. Please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.
